An Inner Mission is a mobile Massage Therapy & Bodywork clinic that serves the greater Denver Metro and neighboring Foothills. Created and founded by Ana 'Mission' Cladny who utilizes her vast array and many years of experiential knowledge to create a unique experience for her clients that emphasizes on exploring the balance between deep tissue, muscular manipulation work with the more subtle, nervous system based therapies.
Founded from a call to leadership and a deep desire to be of Service in a world that is in dire need of great healing.

Ana 'Mission' Cladny LMT, BCST
Ana 'Mission' Cladny LMT, BCST
Ana Mission (i.e. ‘On a mission’) Cladny is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodywork Artist born and raised in our beautiful state, Colorado. She graduated from the prestigious Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in early 2014 and in Spring of 2017 she graduated from a 2 year deep study program earning her certification as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist under the masters, John and Anna Chitty. She has studied Natural Medicine since 2011 and has completed +5000 hours of experiential education in the realm of health and wellness.
Additionally, Ana 'Mission' is a dedicated Instructor of Combat Martial Arts and founder of her 4-week Self Protection Course. She is 'on a mission' to train those with a desire to become formidable and capable Warriors. Her training and teaching style derive from an extensive martial history of Ancient Chinese martial arts from direct military lineage with the focus and intent on training for real life scenarios, against multiple opponents, in multiple directions, utilizing weapons and hand to hand combat. Ana teaches these arts throughout the week through Private 1:1 Training, Semi-Private and Group Classes at the Headquarter school in Denver, CO.
